Okay, there is this great debate about Christian Bale’s alteration of his vocals as he switches from Bruce Wayne to Batman. For the record, I LOVED THE VOICE. You hear that Stan!!!

Some reviews have likened it to a grizzly bear meets Clint Eastwood.

The voice, IMO, helped me forget that Bruce Wayne and Batman were the same person. The gravely, menacing tone of Batman also separated the kitschy character of the pre-Christopher Nolan installments from this new millennial superhero.

I know we can agree to disagree, but there is something about a deep gravely, voiced flying masked avenger that makes this girl stand up and take notice.

Why so serious?
