I made salmon dip today. It truly sucks. I can’t cook. I can’t even stand to eat my own cooking, aside from salads and cheerios. I can scramble a mean egg, though.
A friend, who shall remain nameless, was all giddy about cooking elaborate meals. She was all like, I am getting ready for when I meet my husband, yada, yada, yada.
Bump that. When I get married, we’re getting a chef. lol
For all of you who care. Here’s the recipe. Perhaps you will have better luck.
1/2 lb. smoked salmon 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. tabasco
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dill
pinch of paprika SOURCE
