You guys have been with me through the Negativity Fast and The Daniel Fast. I am now embarking on the Positivity Fast, or hopefully way of life.

This is not a ritual of deprivation but a diet of affirmations. Every morning I declare that the day ahead shall be full of blessings, happiness, and whatever else I want to see that day. Being a Christian, I am ending my affirmations, In Jesus Name. I know everyone believes differently but I want to welcome all to join in.

I am going to do a test trial this week and let you guys know the results. Feel free to join me and update your results in the comments section.
