I was reading online about a Depression Diet. This article describes how food choices affect your mood. By changing what you eat you can positively affect your mood and improve your life.
I have noticed that when I eat candy or high sugar foods, I can get antsy, agitated, and anxious. I then notice that if I exercise or eat a salad or something light for dinner I sleep better and feel better.
I am going to stop eating sugar and refined foods for a week and report my results.
