Now Where Is That Finish Line Again?

I am writing this post to encourage myself. I am once again in a state of transition and unsure of what is next. School is coming along fine but my internship ended rather ubruptly. It wasn't anything bad. It just ended.

Surprisingly, I am less anxious than usual. I tend to fret when I don't have all the pieces to the puzzle, when I don't see the finish line. I am learning to pray and leave all of my worrries before God. Things have always worked out. Which begs the question, why am I always worrying?

To give you an example of what I mean. My internship (and extra cash) ended, the same day I received an email stating that I had been accepted as a contributing writer on my college paper.

YEAH!!!!

See for me, things tend to work out that way. I guess that's faith in action.

I still get anxious from time to time. It's the natural order of things, but I am always astonished at how God works things out. I am earnestly anticipating something good in the next few days to come. That's faith. When it happens, I will be sure to update you.

Thanks to all of my loyal readers. I hope this post helps you as much as it helps me writing it.
